Let me start off by saying CONGRATULATIONS on your new Yorkie Puppy!
In order to protect both you and me, your new puppy must be checked by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of purchase!! If your Vet finds any type of life threatening genetic condition you must contact me immediately. With the correct paperwork from the vet I will gladly either refund the total of the purchase price or trade your puppy for one of equal value. Please realize that shipping is not a part of the purchase price and WILL NOT be refunded. After the 48 hours I am no longer liable for the puppy in any way. There is a 1 year health guarantee on any genetic problems that the vet does not find on the first visit. Should your puppy die within the first year and it is proven, through an autopsy that the puppie had genetic defects that caused the death , we will replace the puppy with another puppy of equal value. Note that the autopsy must be preformed by an accredited institute set up for such procedures such as A & M University. Autopsies done by local Veterinarian will not do. Autopsy is performed at the expense of the buyer of the puppy.
I am not responsible for death of puppy do to neglect, poisoning, exposure to weather, any type of allergies, failure to complete vaccinations.
I will not be responsible for vet bills
I will not be responsible for the puppy after 24 hours
Autopsy is at the expense of buyer
Notice to Buyer
It is real easy for a small child to drop a puppy, if a puppy is hurt during this time no money will be refunded! If your puppy is ever staggering around or weak, these are signs of low blood sugar, you need to give it sugar water or Karo syrup in a syringe. This will bring the puppies sugar level up. Because these puppies are so small they will only eat a little bit at a time, which means that they must eat often. When your puppie is left at home alone for long periods of time, it may not want to eat, so if you notice when you get home that it has not eaten you might want to try to give the puppy 1cc of karo in a syringe. Then you have to make them eat! IF A PUPPY DOES NOT EAT IT WILL GET SICK AND DIE!!! I will not be responsible for death of a puppy due to low blood sugar. That is your responsibility to make sure that your puppies blood sugar is not low.
It is your responsibility to make sure that your puppy is supervised around small children and larger animals. As a small puppie can be dropped by a child or killed by larger dogs. Small puppies have soft spots on top of their heads. You must be extra careful until it closes.

Care Instructions
Feeding: I use Eukanuba small breed dog food, mixed with Eukanuba Puppy Growth soft puppy food. Sometimes I will even mix a little cottage cheese with the puppy food. For very small puppies feed at least every 2-3 hours. I try to always have food out for them, so that their blood sugar does not drop. I would also leave a little bit of sugar water out at all times just to be safe.
Do not put stuffed animals that have hard button type noses or eyes as the puppy can get them off and choke on them.
